Orange County Harbors, Beaches and Parks, in association with the Southern California Blues Society, will host the third annual summer blues free concert series at Irvine Regional Park beginning at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. Additional concerts will take place July 20 and Aug. 17 at the park at 1 Irvine Park Road. Participants are invited to bring a picnic and enjoy the music. Information: (714) 527-0232.
