The Planning Commission will discuss a status report tonight on noise generated from the Ocean Ranch II Center, at Camino del Avion and the Street of the Golden Lantern.
At the commission’s last meeting, neighbors of the retail center complained of noise and disturbances. Commissioners said they have discussed possible solutions with the property’s owner.
Commissioners also will vote on zoning code changes, one of which includes raising the maximum height on signs in residential and nonresidential areas from 5 to 6 feet.
The Planning Commission will meet at 7 p.m. in the council chamber at City Hall, 27841 La Paz Road.
