The City Council has scheduled a public hearing tonight to establish permit fees for adult entertainment venues, performers and ownership transfers.
City staff has estimated that an applicant would pay $886: $536 for a sheriff’s investigation, $176 for two hours for the planning staff to review zoning provisions and standards, and the standard $174 city overhead fee.
Permit transfers and performer applicants would only have to pay the police services time and city overhead costs.
