The Police Department’s fourth Citizens Academy will graduate at 6:30 tonight in the City Council chamber, 10200 Slater Ave.
The participants are residents and local business owners. Each individual completed 12 weeks of instruction, including crime scene investigation, firearms training, and criminal, narcotics and traffic enforcement. Each will receive a certificate of completion from Chief Elvin G. Miali.
