‘City of Angels’ Director Leaves Over Differences

Emmy Award-winning director Paris Barclay, who co-created CBS’ inner-city hospital drama “City of Angels,” has left the series due to creative differences. Barclay, who created the series with veteran producer Steven Bochco, was slated to be an executive producer of the drama, which features a predominantly African American cast, this coming season.
