Yvonne S. Liu Links Up With Infinilink Corp. as Controller

* Yvonne S. Liu has joined Infinilink Corp. in Rancho Santa Margarita as controller. She was formerly chief financial officer and controller for Pacific Digital Corp. in Irvine and audit manager for Klein, Mandelblatt & Co.
* Troy Hefner has been named regional vice president-operations of Home Depot’s Western division in Orange. Hefner, who joined the company in 1989, has held several management positions, including regional merchandise manager for several states and district manager for the L.A./Desert region. In addition, Terry Hopper was appointed merchandising vice president-Western division. He had been regional vice president-operations.
* David R. Seckman is the new executive director and chief executive of the National Nutritional Foods Assn. in Newport Beach. He was formerly vice president for regulatory affairs and interim chief executive of the American Health Care Assn. in Washington, D.C.
