* Re “0.7 Acre but Worth a Fight,” May 18: Hooray for the environmentalists and their lawsuit. The California Coastal Commission doesn’t know it’s in charge of preserving the coast.
The developer [of the Huntington Beach wetland] says he will help by funding other land for wildlife. That’s like taking out all your teeth and putting in two false ones in the front. The wildlife doesn’t know it’s supposed to go inland.
