A Win for Viewers

Movie audiences should give Mike Myers an award for abandoning this project (“Myers Abandons ‘Sprockets’; Universal Sues,” by Patrick Goldstein, June 8). If only more “Saturday Night Live” people would have abandoned these projects that were based on skits that were barely funny for three minutes and had long ago worn out their welcome.
Universal should count its blessings.
