The Beautification Council of the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce recognized 25 of the best-looking homes and businesses Wednesday.
“Laguna charm is what we all strive for,” said Harry J. Lawrence, a founding member of the Beautification Council, which has given out more than 700 awards since its 1967 inception.
Lawrence spoke at the awards ceremony, held at the Laguna Art Museum, after a group breakfast at Las Brisas restaurant.
