The Orange County Rescue Mission’s House of Hope will open a new 900-square-foot child development center today.
The facility will offer arts-and-crafts stations, a reading center, a library and educational tools and supplies to help children further their education outside of the classroom. The House of Hope is a 45-bed safe house for homeless women and their children.
