Application cards for the annual clubhouse lottery must be turned in by 4 p.m. June 23 in the box office at Clubhouse Three or the Recreation Division office.
The lottery is to reserve a day to use one of the clubhouse facilities, except for the Clubhouse Three Auditorium.
Applicants must include their names, the clubhouse choice, dates and types of events and numbers of expected people.
The process is expected to take up to six weeks. Applicants are being asked to call about the status of their request only after they’ve been notified by mail.
