The City Council tonight will discuss plans for several road-improvement projects, including those along Crown Valley and Alicia parkways.
The first step, the addition of turn lanes on both roads, will be to approve a $35,000 design contract for the work.
City officials also will discuss a request to apply for $72,000 in funding from the Orange County Transportation Authority for other projects to improve traffic flow. Traffic Engineer Ken Montgomery is proposing to change the timing of the signals along Alicia, Crown Valley and Moulton parkways.
The council meets at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 27841 La Paz Road.
