Cyber Group Acquires Hollywood Entertainment

Hollywood Entertainment Network Inc. of Studio City has been acquired by Cyber Group Network Corp. Cyber Group purchased 89.1% of the company’s outstanding shares. Hollywood Entertainment’s officers have resigned and Cyber Group will elect new officers.
Cyber Group is an Internet company that develops Internet communications devices and markets security software and hardware.
