San Luis Obispo 5, Sherman Oaks Notre Dame 4--Scott Dodge’s single in the bottom of the seventh inning drove in Baker Krukow with the winning run in the Division IV championship game at Dodger Stadium.
San Luis Obispo (23-7) won its first championship in five title-game appearances.
Notre Dame (19-10) had tied the score, 4-4, on James Rivero’s two-out home run in the top of the seventh.
Chalon Tietje homered for San Luis Obispo in the first inning.
