Microsemi Reduces Secondary Offering

Microsemi Corp.’s secondary stock offering of 2.02 million shares, slightly smaller than planned, was priced Thursday at $21 a share. The Santa Ana semiconductor maker originally planned to offer 2.22 million shares of common stock. The company’s shares moved up $1.23 to $22.88 in Nasdaq trading.
