The City Council awarded a two-year custodial service contract to Come Land Maintenance Corp. of Los Angeles during this week’s meeting.
Come Land Maintenance will take over the contract of Natural Building Maintenance Corp. and will serve the Police Department, Civic Center and public works yard. The city will pay the company about $61,000 during the next two years.
