* John C. Danforth, the Republican special counsel investigating the Waco incident, has absolved the government and Atty. Gen. Janet Reno of all blame in the deaths of the Branch Davidians (July 22). Will this silence the anti-government, hate-Reno, right-wing radicals? Of course not. They’ll still concoct more specious tales of government conspiracies while holed up in their mountain retreats hoarding arms and ammunition in defense of their paranoia.
