Local bat expert Stephanie Remington will lead a one-mile walk starting at 7 p.m. Friday in search of bats at Crystal Cove State Park. Hikers should meet at the El Moro Visitors Center, at Pelican Point on Pacific Coast Highway. The hike is free, but parking is $6. Reservations: (949) 497-7647.
