Awash in donated books, the Friends of the Library is setting up shop at the Fullerton Farmers Market for the next four weeks.
Library officials said they have run out of storage space for books donated by residents to the main branch of the public library.
The group’s annual Spring Used Book Sale was canceled this year because of construction at the library, but contributions have continued to stack up.
Books will go on sale from 4 to 8:30 p.m. Thursdays at the market on Wilshire Avenue.
The book sale has been rescheduled for Sept. 15 to 17 at the library after remodeling is complete.
