A wedding invitation design by Envelopments, a Tustin-based stationery company, was chosen by viewers over three other competitors as part of NBC’s “Today” show wedding series. A three-dimensional lavender envelope with matching ribbon and a translucent envelope was selected on the Today Ties the Knot Web site by 37% of 113,000 voters.
The selected invitation will be mailed to 300 guests invited to the wedding of a couple chosen through a contest. The wedding, which is mostly planned by logged-on voters, airs live Sept. 6.
