Grill Sense

Who needs a thermometer when you can have a sensor? Pop this colorful gadget into chicken or fish as it grills, and watch it change color, indicating if your food is almost ready or done. A similar sensor for beef gives a rare, medium or well-done reading.
Grill Per’fect Sensors, $5.95, at Sur La Table stores, or on the Web site, https://www.grill-perfect.com
