Residents and their grandchildren are invited to participate in various activities at an Olympic-themed event to be held from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday at Clubhouse One in Leisure World.
Participants will be able to try their luck at dunking clubhouse supervisors into a tank and may participate in a pie walk, bingo, raffle, mock discus toss, and javelin and basketball throws. Slices of pizza and lemonade will top off the day.
The Discovery Channel’s Wild Animal Planet will present a safari “surprise” during the event.
