Eastman Kodak Co. has agreed to take an equity stake in Los Angeles-based EMemories.com Inc., the companies plan to announce today.
EMemories.com provides a free Internet service allowing users to create their own online photo albums where they can display digital photographs.
Neither company disclosed the amount of the investment, although an EMemories.com spokesman said it was for less than $10 million.
EMemories is one of the firms created by local business incubator ECompanies.
