Wachs to Address Association Issues at L.A. Luncheon

Los Angeles City Councilman and mayoral candidate Joel Wachs will offer his views on association living on Wednesday at an educational luncheon hosted by the Greater Los Angeles chapter of the Community Associations Institute.
The event will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Skirball Cultural Center, 2701 N. Sepulveda Blvd., Los Angeles.
Tickets for the luncheon are $25 for association members, $35 for institute vendors and other professionals, and $45 for nonmembers and those purchasing tickets on the day of the event.
