The Planning Commission has approved a minor redesign of a three-story commercial building project in the Town Center area of the city.
Busk Development is planning to build a 10,000-square-foot retail and office building on the southeast corner of Del Prado Avenue and the Street of the Violet Lantern.
The commission originally approved plans for the project in November 1997 for a 9,000-square-foot building and an underground parking area.
The redesign approved by the commission Wednesday removed the underground parking lot and adds 920 square feet to the project.
The developers were also granted a one-year extension of their construction permits with the city, which had expired last November.
