City Council members voted Tuesday to reimburse Laguna Niguel Girls Softball $1,200 for scoreboard lights that were installed at Niguel Hills Middle School.
Players couldn’t read the scoreboard at night. The softball team requested that the city reimburse it half the cost of the scoreboard to improve it.
