ANAHEIM

Pop Music
Lyle Lovett’s concerts have always been wonderfully inclusive affairs, rooted in the country music of his native Texas, but swinging far and wide to embrace gospel, jazz and R&B; as well. The contributions of his estimable Large Band were documented with last year’s “Live in Texas” album--his eighth, and not a mediocre one in the bunch. For his shows Sunday and Monday at Anaheim’s Sun Theatre, however, he’ll have a new flock of about 10 players in tow for a pair of acoustic-oriented performances.
* Lyle Lovett, Sun Theatre, 2200 E. Katella Ave., Anaheim. 8 p.m. Also 8:30 p.m. Monday. $56.50 to $65 both nights. (714) 712-2700.
