Sales at the Brea Farmer’s Market have risen steadily since it opened last month, indicating that the event will stay in Brea, at least for the time being.
The Southland Farmer’s Market Assn. said business at the open-air market has risen steadily, most recently posting a 10% gain.
Chris Reimer, an analyst who serves as the city’s link to the association, said she has yet to hear bad news about Brea’s weekly event, launched June 13.
