From Times Wire Reports
A grand jury indicted a school bus driver on three counts of vehicular homicide in a March 28 crash with a freight train that killed three children in Polk County on the Tennessee-Georgia border. Rhonda Cloer, 34, also was indicted on four counts of reckless aggravated assault and on charges of failing to stop a school bus at a railroad crossing. The Tennessee Highway Patrol and the National Transportation Safety Board said that Cloer did not stop at the crossing, even though school buses are required by law to stop between 15 and 50 feet away.
