Pollution Dilution at Kiddie Beach

I suggest adding enough clean material--in this case, seawater--to the polluted area (Kiddie Beach) until “safe” designated levels are reached and maintained.
Radical as it may seem, large pumps could be brought in to supply millions of gallons of relatively clean seawater to this lagoon--hence, the dilution solution. If it works, kids will again be able to use the beach, which is the main goal isn’t it?
