Retailer’s Effect on Neighborhood

* I think the attempt to build a huge big-box warehouse store here in Ventura in a largely residential neighborhood area, with many homes directly across the street, is a callous disregard of peoples’ right to live in a peaceful way. Children raised there should be in a safe and pollution-free environment, without noise, traffic, large trucks and back-up alarms all hours of the day and night.
