The Planning Commission on Wednesday approved plans for three types of model homes, a parking lot and 114 lots in the Vista del Verde development.
This vote will allow developer Toll Bros. to proceed with applying for building permits and begin construction on the first phase of the 2,100-home development around the Black Gold Golf Course at the base of the Chino Hills.
The city will begin construction of the $21-million golf course and clubhouse next month.
