Ed Postal, owner of Barnaby Rudge Booksellers in Laguna Beach, will discuss how to recognize and evaluate rare books at a meeting of the Rancho Santa Margarita Friends of the Library at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the library, 30902 La Promesa.
