Two suspects will be arraigned Friday in Superior Court in Fullerton in the April 20 stabbing death of Jaime Avalos, police announced Wednesday.
Alberto Flores, 22, formerly of Placentia, and a 15-year-old boy face charges in the case. Police said Flores was already in Orange County Jail on suspicion of an unrelated crime. Police, acting on a tip on July 6, arrested the boy who led them to Flores.
