Juror Forms
* Does anyone really read the forms that are returned to the Hall of Records by potential jurors? My wife’s father received the usual questionnaire last July notifying him that he was being considered for jury duty. Because he was 92 with some health problems and no transportation, my wife used the appropriate space on the form to inform the jury commissioner of his inability to serve as a juror.
After a year the form was returned with a request to answer questions 1-8 of Section A to determine his qualifications to serve as a juror. The Superior Court should spend time pursuing prospective jurors who can actually serve.
