Councilman Art Brown presented police officer Gregory Pelton with an award recognizing his 10 years of service. The award was given during a recent council meeting.
Pelton, who has worked for the Buena Park Police Department since graduating from the police academy in 1990, has spent the past five years as a patrol officer.
