Franklin Telecommunications in Westlake Village has retained the recruitment services of Korn/Ferry International in its search for a chief executive to succeed Frank W. Peters.
After his successor arrives, Peters will step aside as CEO and remain chairman of the board.
Franklin makes high-speed equipment to allow the transmission of data, voice, fax and video over the Internet.
