A Taste of ‘Chicken Run’

The feathered heroes of DreamWorks’ animated film “Chicken Run” may have been spared the chicken pie-making machine, but they’re about to have another encounter with technology.
Today through Friday, the studio will make the opening sequence of the hit film available on the Web at https://www.countingdown.com. It’s believed to be the first time a major studio has released footage from a current film on the Internet.
But there’s more than just the movie: die-hard fans can also click to purchase “Chicken Run” merchandise from Amazon.com or bid on limited edition inflatable “Chicken Run” chairs on EBay.
