Lil’ Kim may be from Brooklyn, but she’s still notorious in Southern California. The raunchy-minded rapper’s sophomore album debuts at No. 3 in the Southland album sales tally, a notch higher than its arrival on the counterpart national chart. One Sacramento band, Papa Roach, climbs two spots to reach No. 7 this week while another one, the Deftones, slides six notches to No. 9.
