The Planning Commission on Wednesday unanimously approved a rezoning application to build three single-family residences on the south corner of Alta Vista Drive and Blue Lantern.
The homes will range from 2,200 to about 3,000 square feet. Current zoning allows two single-family residences. The two vacant lots, owned by JPM Construction Co. of Dana Point, make up one third of an acre.
