Concerts in the Park 2000 will feature the Fenians, an Irish quintet, tonight at Hart Park Bandshell, next to the Garden Grove Freeway and Glassell Street. The concerts will run from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesdays until Aug. 9. Information: (714) 744-7274.
