A cartooning workshop for children ages 8 to 12 is being offered by the Recreation and Community Services Department beginning Monday. The four-week course, which meets on Mondays from 1 to 2 p.m. covers cartooning fundamentals. A second session will be held Aug. 7 to 28. Cost for the class is $35 with a $5 supply fee.
