In a meeting Thursday at City Hall, the Youth Board will discuss its plans for the Summer’s End Beach Festival, to be held Sept. 6 at Salt Creek Beach.
The 11-member board, composed of Dana Hills High School students, will also discuss a plan to clean up and put native plants in an area behind the high school.
