The City Council recently awarded a $172,473 contract to R.J. Noble Co. for the first phase of the Bloomfield Street Rehabilitation Project. The project will consist of street pavement rehabilitation and reconstruction of Bloomfield Street from Katella Avenue to the Union Pacific Railroad crossing. The project is funded through federal grants and gasoline tax funds. Information: (562) 431-3538.
