JMB Undertakes Refurbishments

JMB Property Management Co. has undertaken an $8-million refurbishment program of five of its major Los Angeles-area office buildings.

The buildings involved include Century Park Plaza, Century City North, the Eighteen Eighty-Eight Building, all in Century City, and the Wilshire San Vicente Plaza in Beverly Hills, and Woodland Financial Center in Woodland Hills.

Charles W. Altmaier, the firm’s vice president and western regional director, said the decision to upgrade the buildings reflects JMB’s policy of “identifying areas that need improvement and getting the job done as soon as possible.”
