Investigators are looking for a witness to a fatal traffic accident Oct. 10 at Espola and Twin Peaks roads in Poway.

The 10:35 p.m. accident involved a blue pickup truck and a motorcycle.

Motorcyclist Patrick James Camerson, 39, of Lakeside died at the scene. His passenger, Linda Darline Cole, 27, also of Lakeside, was taken by Life Flight to Palomar Memorial Hospital, where she died at 3:05 a.m.

A key witness told the truck driver: “Don’t worry, I saw what happened,” then left the scene, according to sheriff’s spokesman Milt Cherne said.
