Ted Stepien, owner of the Mississippi Jets of the Continental Basketball Assn. and formerly of the Cleveland Cavaliers of the NBA, was fined $50,000 by CBA President Mike Storen for failure to cooperate in an investigation of alleged salary-cap violations.
