Seacrest Village to Give Residential Care

A December, 1988, completion is scheduled for the $13-million first phase of the 131,000-square-foot Seacrest Village residential-care complex being developed in Encinitas by San Diego Hebrew Home.
The architect is Sillman/Wyman & Associates, San Diego, and the interior designer is Jain Malkin Inc., San Diego.
