Construction Started on Valencia Industry Complex

Work has begun on a $3.1-million light-industrial complex consisting of two 20,000-square-foot buildings on 2.1 acres in the Valencia Industrial Center, 25010 Tibbitts Ave., Valencia. Completion is scheduled for February, according to the Resnick Co., Encino, developer.
