Yorba Industrial Center Will Feature Flexibility

Yorba Industrial Center, designed to accommodate firms with office, warehouse and distribution needs without sacrificing identity of high image, is under construction in the 13900 block of Yorba Avenue, Chino.
The 13-acre, $9-million project of Majestic Realty Co., full-service realty development firm based in City of Industry, will contain rentable space of 255,000 square feet in three structures.
David A. Wheeler, ownership representative for Majestic, said the center is planned with built-in flexibility to combine corporate offices and industrial facilities under one roof.
Commerce Construction Co. Inc., wholly owned subsidiary of Majestic Realty Co., is the contractor and expects to have the project ready for occupancy by mid-1988. A. I. P. Commercial Brokerage Co. of Irvine is working with Majestic in the marketing effort.
The three buildings will contain, respectively, 50,000 square feet, divisible to 25,000 square feet, at 13901-13921 Yorba Ave.; 50,000 square feet, at 13911-13931 Yorba Ave.; and 155,000 square feet, divisible to 100,000 and 55,000 square feet, at 13941-51 Yorba Ave.
